1)
Art requirements:
Camera ready artwork or computer art on disk is required for all
orders. If not provided, artwork will be created by Aminco’s
in-house graphics department at $60 (G) per hour. Factory reserves
the right to determine if artwork is “camera-ready”.
Additional art charges must be authorized before work is begun.
Imprint colors: Please indicate PMS colors or attach an actual sample
of required colors with order.
2)
Proofs:
No charge for black & white paper proofs. Changes or additions
will be charged $15 (V) plus any art changes. See specific item
for charges. Preproduction sample can be produced for many catalog
item for $30 (G) plus applicable charges.
3)
Catalogs & random samples:
Reasonable quantities of catalogs and random samples provided at
no charge. Client is responsible for shipping charges if express
service is desired.
4)
Less than minimum:
Less than minimum quantity is available only for certain items.
Contact factory for specific information and quotation.
5)
Copy changes:
Please call factory for quotation.
6)
Cancellations or changes:
Any cancellation or change after receipt of order will be billed
in accordance with all costs incurred at the time of cancellation.
A restocking fee of 15% may be applicable. for stock merchandise.
7)
Return policy:
No merchandise may be returned without a return authorization issued
by Aminco. All return requests must be made within 15 days of invoice
date. A restocking fee of 15% may be applicable for in stock merchandise.
8)
Over/underruns:
Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However,
for imprinted or custom merchandise, Aminco reserves the right to
ship up to 5% over or under the amount of the order, and will bill
accordingly. |
